Who we are
The Quality of Life Partnership is an initiative for older people in Newcastle upon Tyne. The Quality of Life Partnership Board includes representatives from the Newcastle Healthy City Project, Newcastle City Council, Newcastle Primary Care Trust, Nexus, Elders Council of Newcastle and Age Concern Newcastle. Age Concern Newcastle upon Tyne operates and administers the initiative.
The Information NOW website is a project of the Quality of Life Partnership and is operated and administered by Age Concern Newcastle upon Tyne.
Age Concern Newcastle upon Tyne is a company limited by guarantee incorporated in England and Wales under company number 02916037 with its registered office at MEA House, Ellison Place, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8XS. Age Concern Newcastle is a registered charity under number 1041000.

How we collect information
We will collect information from you which you submit via online forms on this website from time to time (for example when you register with us or send us your comments).
