Aqua classes offer the opportunity to get fit in the water and you don’t have to be a good swimmer. The water acts as a cushion protecting joints such as the spine and ankles. Buoyancy lifts and supports the body and water offers resistance, this means you can tone and develop muscle groups in a low impact environment.
The session includes access to the sauna and steam room.
