Grief is unique to everyone but sharing your story with people who have experienced the death of a loved one too can help you better understand your own journey.
This summer, there will be a fortnightly bereavement café where anyone grieving can drop in for as long as you want, meet others in a similar situation, and share how they are feeling over a cuppa and a biscuit or two.
A member of the bereavement team from St Oswald’s Hospice will be there to welcome you and provide additional support should you need it.
