Couch to 5K

Building up to running again after lockdown.  The NHS app and podcasts give you a sensible and manageable way to begin exercise again if you have not been out much during lockdown. You build from walking to brisk walking to half and half running and as you get fitter you can try more.  This approach has proven successful to beginning to bring exercise back into your lifestyle.  You are reminded to build strength and flex on your rest days.  Download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
