Looking for an exercise that’s great for both body and mind? Look no further than these fantastic Pilates classes hosted by Pure Gym. A mix of low-impact exercises and stretches designed to strengthen torso muscles, Pilates is perfect for improving posture and flexibility while strengthening and toning. With breathwork that takes you through a flow of different poses, it’s great for promoting mindfulness too. Classes are free but tickets must be reserved.
