Active Inclusion Unit at Newcastle City Council

The Active Inclusion Unit helps people in Newcastle at risk of homelessness. They provide housing related support, information and advice to prevent homelessness. They can:

  • help you stay in your home or find somewhere else to live
  • understand which benefits you can apply for
  • give housing advice
  • help you to access financial services such as bank accounts
  • signpost to training and employment opportunities
  • help you apply for essential furniture items
