Training is suitable for all, from complete beginners to more experienced cyclists who would like to brush up their skills. There are 3 levels of training available:
- Level 1: Learning to ride for complete beginners or those returning to cycling who need to brush up on their bike handling skills
- Level 2: Introduction to cycling on roads
- Level 3: On-road training for those with some experience to build confidence and knowledge
