Comfort Call

Comfort Call provides home care services across England, promoting independence and providing choice.

They support people with a wide range of conditions including:

• older people who live at home and in Extra Care schemes
• adults and children with specialist or complex needs like physical or learning disabilities and dementia
• dedicated care support for people at the end of their lives
• reablement to help people regain independence after a period of illness, injury or hospitalisation

They are commissioned by Newcastle City Council to provide home care services for adults in North Newcastle. They are also commissioned by Newcastle City Council to provide care at Kilbourn House, Bowmont House, Park View Grange and Dewley House.

They also provide care in North Tyneside.
