Tell us North are a community interest company that

• Works with local communities to influence and improve the quality of health, wellbeing and social care services
• Provides community engagement, research, evaluation and assessment services within the fields of health, wellbeing and social care
• Provides training and development of skills for volunteers and the wider community
• Runs information, signposting and advice services for the public about local health and social care services

They run Healthwatch Newcastle and Healthwatch Gateshead, which work to ensure social care and health commissioners and providers listen to local communities in order to continuously improve services.

Commissioned by Newcastle City Council to run Healthwatch Newcastle
