Jesmond Choral Group

Jesmond Choral Group is a friendly local choir which meets on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. They sing a wide range of music, from classical repertoire to Gilbert and Sullivan, and usually perform three concerts per year.

In recent years they have also teamed up with other local choirs in Tynemouth and Gosforth to perform more challenging pieces, such as the Bach B minor mass, and have sung with the local Cobwebs Orchestra.

New members of any age are always welcome and the ability to sight read is not essential.
