Kids Kabin

Kids Kabin runs mobile trailer workshops for kids in street pottery, cooking, woodworking, and bike repair in areas of Newcastle upon Tyne and Middlesbrough. Children between the ages of 7 and 13 take part in hands-on, practical activities on their terms and in their neighbourhoods. These street workshops relocate to nearby community centres or church halls during the winter months.

Kids Kabin’s services include:

Individual and group creative and practical activities
Pottery, woodwork, cookery, arts and crafts, drama and bike maintenance skills for children
Workshops for local primary school classes
Opportunities for children to develop community action projects
Areas in Newcastle: Walker, Cowgate, Pottery Bank, Byker, Daisy Hill
