Castles and Coasts Housing Association provide homes to rent in Cumbria and the North East. As well as standard housing, they have an over 55’s independent living scheme. You will have your own apartment and facilities. But you will also be close to accessible shared facilities and other members of the independent living community.
They do not currently have a Newcastle office but one will be opening soon.
They support their tenants with money advice, problems paying your rent and applying for benefits.
