Children’s Speech and Language Therapy at Newcastle Hospitals

The Children’s speech and language team at Newcastle upon Tyne NHS Foundation Trust has an open referral system, so that a parent, school, GP can refer into the service.  Visit their web page for referral forms. They aim to minimise any negative impact of speech, language or communication difficulties for the child and their family, as well as on their education and social lives. Their services include:

  • early language development, including understanding and use of spoken language
