Communications Support Team

The Communication support team at Newcastle City Council can help you if you need Newcastle City Council information in a different format or language.

They support accessibility needs for information on the Newcastle City Council website and other communication materials. They can offer other formats such as accessible PDFs, large print, easy read, audio recordings, or Braille.

Their contact centres have audio induction loops, or if you contact them before you visit a contact centre they can arrange a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter.
