Connie Lewcock Resource Centre

Connie Lewcock Resource Centre is a short-term rehabilitation service in Lemington. This is a live in service where you receive short-term rehabilitation and 24-hour support. They support people who are:

  • recovering after a hospital admission, who need more support before returning home
  • at home, who need support to prevent a hospital stay
  • at home, after a crisis situation who need help to regain confidence, independence and improve wellbeing

They work with you to help you to, become more independent, improve your mobility and look after yourself

There is a range of support available such as: physiotherapy, exercise and social activities. They have communal lounge areas to socialise and relax, kitchen and gardens.

This service is managed by Newcastle City Council.
