In House Transport Services

Our Transport Service supports individuals who need safe, reliable and compassionate assistance when attending day centres, hospital discharges or other appointments.

We have a fleet of 8 Trekker 16 – seater minibuses including tail lift for wheelchair access.

Professional Staff

Our highly trained and professional staff provide escort support during every journey. This includes supporting people with mobility issues, wheelchair users always offering comfort, dignity and reassurance throughout the journey

 Day Centre Transport

We provide regular scheduled transport to The Welford Day Centre Mon-Fri 8.30am to 10am and return to the centre at 3pm to support people home. We also provide services to the following Resource Centres; Byker Lodge, Connie Lewcock, and Castledene

Our team ensures that individuals arrive on time and are supported throughout their journey, helping people remain connected with their community and daily activities.
