KEYFORT Group North East

Key fort Group North East delivers packages of care and support to individuals with a range of conditions and/or disabilities – including brain injury, neurological, learning disabilities, spinal injuries, physical and mental health needs.

They can provide care and support at home, in education or in the work place and employ a team of specialist staff including Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Tutors, Psychologists and Specialist Support Staff

They provide 24/7 specialist care one to one and two to one

They also provide respite and daily care or support sessions in your home, in your workplace or in Education.
