Later Life Audio and Radio Cooperative (LLARC)

The Later Life Audio and Radio Cooperative (LLARC) gives people over the age of 50 the opportunity to get involved in radio broadcasting with local partners the Elders Council of Newcastle, Radio Tyneside , East London Radio and Sonder Radio Manchester.

Are you interested in radio and audio broadcasting? Would you like to try it, get involved in the technical side or chatting to a radio interviewer, or speak on a subject you feel strongly about?

LLARC provide talk-based audio and radio content, created by diverse groups of older adults. They work to challenge the negative views of ageing by making older people more visible in the media and discuss a wide range of topics.
