Novus Care

Novus Care is a family run care agency regulated by the Care Quality Commission providing quality live-in care in the home. They have worked across Newcastle and the surrounding areas for 14 years. They are committed to providing personalised 24/7 home care support which is safe and enables independence, giving families’ peace of mind.

Their carers are able to support those living with a variety of care conditions including complex care. These conditions include: Alzheimer’s and dementia, stroke, multiple-sclerosis, brain Injuries, cerebral palsy, motor neurone disease, Parkinson’s and spinal injuries.

All their live-in carers are directly employed and DBS checked.
