An extra care scheme in Newcastle upon Tyne. Tish Murtha House (named after local photographer Tish Murtha) has 38 apartments/flats which provide independent assisted living for people over 55. Apartments are connected to Ostara’s 24 hour alarm and response service

Facilities onsite include free car parking, secure mobility scooter storage, communal lounge and games area. There is a Your Homes Newcastle (YHN) Housing Plus Officer based there, there is also the option of having a daily wellbeing call from staff.
