Tyne Amateur Rowing Club

Tyne Amateur Rowing Club sits on the River Tyne at Newburn, about 7 miles west of Newcastle city centre. They have active squads for men, women, masters, novices and juniors.

Squads train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5.30-8.30pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8.00am till about 1.00pm. Each squad has its own precise schedule of sessions.

There are also less formal Community Rowing sessions for adults. These are currently only on Wednesday mornings 9.30am-12 noon.
