Polling day is the day when voters can go to their local polling station to cast their vote in an election.
Polling stations are open from 7am to 10pm, and you can vote at any time during these hours.
You’ll need to go to the polling station listed on your poll card and will be asked to show photo ID before you’re given a ballot paper.
Voting in person is free, confidential, and staff are on hand to help if you need support.
