The Jubilee Dementia Choir is a supportive singing group where people come together to sing familiar songs in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Each session focuses on enjoyment, shared experience and social connection, rather than performance.

The choir is for people living with dementia and their carers. People may want to attend because singing can support wellbeing, confidence and communication, while giving everyone the chance to meet others and feel part of a group.
