Online Basics

Online basics course gives you some support to get online for the first time, learn basic digital skills in an informal setting.  It’s a two part course, available all year round, delivered at the City Library.

Learn how to

• Use a computer
• Send an email
• Search the internet
• Attach photos
• Send your CV on emails

Courses are open to anyone who lives in Newcastle aged over 18.  You must have Entry Level 3 qualification in ESOL, Reading, Writing, Speaking & Listening or equivalent language level.
