The Afternoon Tea Dance is a social event where people can enjoy music, gentle dancing or seated movement and afternoon tea in a relaxed, dementia-friendly setting. Staff and volunteers support people to take part at their own pace.
The event is for people living with dementia and their carers. People may want to attend to enjoy music, stay gently active, spend time with others and take part in a social event that feels welcoming and supportive.
