Dragonfly Walk at Gosforth Nature Reserve
Join local entomologist, Neha Mujumdar, to enjoy the late-season dragonflies and damselflies of Gosforth Nature Reserve.
This beginner-friendly walk will be conducted at Gosforth Nature Reserve, where ponds support a variety of dragonfly species, including Black Darter, Common Hawker, Common Darter and Migrant Hawker.
Please wear suitable clothing and a hat as it might be sunny or warm. You can also wear wellies to walk around the pond and bring a pair of binoculars for an enhanced dragonfly watching experience.
