InterAction is a free citywide multi-agency weekly drop-in project in Newcastle supporting people who are refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants
It offers:
- Friendly advice and support with accommodation issues, registering with a GP/dentist, where to access legal help and more
- Referrals and signposting to other specialist services
- Chance to talke to other services such as Job Centre and West End Refugee Service
- Free tea, coffee, refreshments and food
- Free hair cuts for adults
- Table tennis, pool table and an English language practice table
- Free good quality clothing and household items
- E-visa support (until June 2025)
