The Neighbourhood Community Wellbeing team are excited to welcome you to the Autumn round of Newcastle Neighbourhoods Outer West Network.

The networks allow voluntary and community sector organisations, local businesses, and statutory bodies to work together, share insights, and share best practices to support our diverse communities.

The theme this round is “Connecting Services, Shaping Futures”. This session will be all about applying the experience and expertise of everyone attending to help shape the future of Adult Social Care and Prevention in Newcastle.

You are welcome to bring a support worker or personal assistant to help with your access needs—please indicate an additional person on the form.
