Westerhope Carers’ Café

When caring for someone, it’s vital to have the opportunity to take time away from your caring role to look after your wellbeing and avoid burnout. Our Carers’ Cafes provide you with the opportunity to connect with other carers who have similar caring responsibilities and enable you to gain peer support.

Come along to our Westerhope Carers’ Café to take a break and connect with other carers over a friendly chat and a cuppa.

Starting on Thursday, 27 July, join us on the last Thursday of every month, 10.30am – 12noon at Westerhope Community Association (known as “The Tute”), Hillhead Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE5 1NE.
