A workshop around Noticing, Naming and how to Navigate microaggressions.
Building on the themes of Don’t Call Me Scary!, this interactive workshop gives participants practical language and tools for recognising microaggressions and bias as they happen — and responding with clarity and confidence rather than silence.
Drawing on nearly 30 years’ experience in professional communications and her work delivering bias and allyship training to schools and organisations, Monique creates a space for honest reflection and real skill-building.
No prior knowledge needed — just a willingness to notice.
