Their services include:

• Admiral nurse service for people living with dementia and their carers. They are based at the Memory Clinic at North Tyneside General Hospital
• Befriending
• Dementia activities and groups such as cuppa club, singalong memories, Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST) activities
• Dementia Care service (ran by EveryDay)
• Homecare service Everyday Care & Support (ran by EveryDay)
• Information and advice
• Respite care and wellbeing centres (ran by EveryDay)
• Social groups and activities such as fitness, sports, singing, arts and crafts and social group

Please note:  To use the Admiral nurse service a person living with dementia must live in Newcastle or North Tyneside or have a GP in Newcastle or North Tyneside. a Carer must be supporting someone who has a formal diagnosis of dementia or is in the process with a memory service.
