Allerdale House is an Assisted Living community for people over the age of 55 who have care and housing needs, in Chapel House. There are 32 one and two-bedroom apartments. This housing is near local shops,  GP surgeries, pharmacies, a church and bus routes.

This is affordable, rented accommodation designed to meet the needs of people with care needs. Specially trained staff are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing a range of specialist care support during the day. Giving you peace of mind that help is at hand overnight in an emergency.  Facilities and support available at Allerdale House includes:

This is part of the Housing Plus Service at Newcastle City Council. This accommodation is provided at social and affordable rents with introductory and secure tenancies. Depending on your personal circumstances you may be able to get assistance with your rent.
