Reablement at Newcastle City Council

Reablement is a personalised, short term service which helps you to recover and live independently at home. You may receive reablement following a:

change in your needs
loss of confidence

They also arrange the Home First service for people who need extra support to get home and live independently, after a stay in hospital. A team of social care experts can support you to recover at home.
