Macmillan Support Services

Macmillan Support Services include an Information and Support service, a Befriending service and a Bereavement support service. All services are accessible to anyone affected by cancer or a life limiting illness, including carers, family and friends. All services can provide a time limited number of confidential one to one sessions, tailored to the needs of the person. All services also offer a range of therapeutic and social groups. The service is available to adults (18+) who live in North Tyneside and are affected by cancer or a life limiting illness. They also offer support to people who have been bereaved.
