National Institute for Health Research Clinical Research Network North East and North Cumbria
The Clinical Research Network is made up of 15 Local Clinical Research Networks (CRN) that cover the length and breadth of England. These local networks coordinate and support the delivery of research across the NHS in England. Each CRN is working towards increased access for patients to new and better treatments in the NHS. If you are interested in what is happening for a particular aspect of research, or if you’d like to know what’s happening in your local area, visit the NIHR in your area homepage. To get involved read the How to Join in section. The local CRN is hosted by Newcastle upon Tyne NHS Foundation Trust.
