Newcastle Bangladeshi association

The Newcastle Bangladeshi Association (NBA) is a charitable organisation and community hub that supports the Newcastle Bangladeshi and local community in Elswick.

They run a programme of activities and events throughout the year, including:

outdoor activities such as Eid in the park twice a year, football and cricket tournaments
Bangladeshi Independence Day celebration and Boishakhi (Bengali new year) celebrations
Bornomala Bangla School, Saturday 12pm to 2pm
GopShop womens group Tuesday 10am – 1pm.
