Newcastle Integrated Community Stroke Service

Newcastle Community Stroke Service offers specialist rehabilitation to people at home and in the community. To use this service you must be over 18, have Newcastle GP and have a diagnosis of Stroke. We provide:

Stroke Specialist Community Rehabilitation
Stroke Information Service
Patient Support Group
Stroke Rehab Group
Befriending Service to people with Aphasia
