Newcastle Eagles Community Foundation

Newcastle Eagles and the Eagles Community Foundation provide opportunities to play and watch Basketball across Tyne and Wear and Northumberland.  The Foundation provides coaching for over 150 schools every year as well as providing match night opportunities and school holiday camps.  They also have an Active Ageing officer who will  provide sports, social and physical activity opportunities for those aged over 55 years old.

The new Eagles Community Arena  (Riverside Dene, Elswick) has a community café at the heart of the facility.  The hall holds 2,800 fans on a match night, whilst the full size hall is equivalent to 3 full size basketball courts and is available for hire.  Function and conference facilities are also available for up to 250 people with views across the Tyne Valley.
