Ombudsman Services: Energy and Communication

If you have a problem sorting out a complaint with a gas or electricity (an energy) company or a communication company, they may be able to help.

Ombudsman Services resolve disputes between consumers and companies that are signed up to the scheme. The service is free, impartial and simple to use.
