Smart Works North East

Smart Works North East is a female employment charity that dresses and coaches North East women for interview and job success. They support anyone who identifies as female, is unemployed and is aged 16 or over.

They offer a 2 hour interview dressing and preparation service. This includes a 1 hour dressing consultation with volunteer stylists to help a you find an outfit that you feel confident and comfortable in. You are given this outfit for free to keep. You then get a one-to-one interview coaching session with a volunteer Coach.

They work on a referral basis, with Job centre Plus, local charities and employability schemes. To use this service ask your employment advisor to book you in.
