Wellbeing Hubs are warm welcoming local venues, such as libraries and community centres where you can spend time and get support such as hot drinks, free wifi, a place to charge your devices, information, advice and more. You can use our Wellbeing Hub finder to find your nearest hub.

Tiny Lives Trust

Tiny Lives Trust support families when their babies are premature or sick. They specifically support the RVI Neonatal Unit in Newcastle upon Tyne. They offer

virtual resources such as videos, including mental health support linked to stress, anxiety and fear
resources, such as parent packs and sibling support
funded parking permit and parent refreshments.

Parents on Ward 35 can access additional counselling using self referral. You can continue with support for as long as you need it.

Families often stay at Crawford House and later at Ward 35 flats. They will remind you to register the birth with the registrar within 42 days.
