UK Visas and Immigration is part of the Home Office. They decide who has the right to visit or stay in the UK. Use their service to apply for a visa to:

• visit the UK
• work in the UK or sponsor a worker
• study in the UK or sponsor a student
• join your UK, EU, or EEA family member in the UK
• live permanently in the UK and British Citizenship
• apply to the EU Settlement Scheme (closed June 2021 but delayed applications may still be made)
• apply for an online eVisa

On 31st December 2024, biometric residence permits (BRP) or biometric resident cards (BRC) expired. They have been replaced by online eVisas. You must change your visa to an eVisa. To learn more about changing to an E-visa you can watch this video here. or read more on GOV.UK
