Wheatfield Court Care Home

Wheatfield Court Care Home provides personal care and support including assistance with:

• dressing, bathing/ showers
• eating, drinking and medication
• toileting
• social activities
• mobility, such as getting in and out of bed
• supervision and support day and night to keep you safe
• Eden Court which is a short term live in, rehabilitation service following discharge from hospital. To help you to get ready to return home. The hospital will arrange this with you if needed.

Wheatfield Court Care Home provides care for:

• Adults of any age
• People with physical disabilities

Where nursing needs are identified then this is arranged through the District Nursing service.
