This group regularly hold Buddhism and Buddhist meditation classes in Newcastle.

Divercity Hub is a community hub in Newcastle Upon Tyne. It serves Newcastle as well as the wider community and is inclusive to all regardless of their background, faith or financial circumstances.

Dwellbeing Shieldfield is a community group and co-operative for people of all ages and backgrounds living working or studying in Shieldfield. They host projects, research, social activities and events in Shieldfield.

Some sessions are ran at the Shieldfield Forum community cafe.

Support for residents in Gateshead for food parcels, clothing and a regular event on Fridays.

Children and Families Hub in Blakelaw where you can take part in activities, training, get information and support.

The Farrell Centre is a centre for Cities and Architecture, near Haymarket on Newcastle University’s main campus. They offer exhibitions, workshops and activities for visitors of all ages. Giving you the opportunity to access a platform to debate the future of planning and architecture.

It’s free to visit. They offer a variety of experiences such as: exhibitions, public talks and debates, activities for schools, young people, community groups, professional events, as well as publications, podcasts and other digital projects. See their website for more details about what’s on.
