Individual Placement Support Service help people using secondary care mental health services to prepare for paid employment. This includes mental health services such as Community Treatment Teams and Early Intervention in Psychosis Teams.
They offer support from experienced employment specialists. They use the Individual Placement Support method of employment support to help you feel empowered and supported in pursuing a job.
