A welcoming monthly support group for anyone caring for a family member or friend affected by dementia.
Whether someone has a dementia diagnosis, is awaiting diagnosis, or dementia is suspected, you are welcome to join.
Carer Connection is a relaxed and supportive space where carers can
- Meet others with shared experiences
- Access information and guidance
- Take part in wellbeing activities
- Build supportive connections
- Learn where to find help if needed
