One Strawberry Lane

One Strawberry Lane is a city centre collaborative working space in Gallowgate, opposite St James’s Park. It has co-working and meeting space for businesses and the Newcastle’s community and voluntary sector organisations. It has a café, space for hot desking, community events and activities, and secure cycle storage.

The building is fully accessible. It has an accessible adult changing facility available to anyone who needs it. It includes an accessible shower with hoist and a toilet with emergency pull cord. To use the accessible changing area speak to the host at the entrance of the building when you arrive. The building is open to the public Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

There is a café where you can buy hot drinks, snacks and meals.

One Strawberry Lane is the main office for Home Group and Connected Voice.

The building uses sustainable materials and processes and is highly energy efficient. It has a BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) rating of excellent, and an A grade Energy Performance Rating.
