Cook Together Club

Cost: free

Nourish Food School and Heaton Baptist Church have come together to provide a weekly ‘Cook Together Club’ for adults experiencing difficulties with the practical and/or financial aspect of cooking and eating well. (Children are more than welcome to join too as long as they are accompanies by an adult).

Every Wednesday at Heaton Baptist Church (Life Centre Entrance) the free cooking sessions include :

Structured cookery classes (for anyone wanting to build confidence and be guided through low-cost and tasty recipes)
A communal kitchen space where people can simply cook their own food to take away (for anyone who doesn’t have access to their own kitchen or struggling with the cost of fuel).

You can register (or organisations can register others) online at nourishfoodschool.co.uk/cooktogetherclub-heaton However people are welcome even if they haven’t registered.
