Fussy Eaters Workshop

Join our  “Fussy Eaters” workshop for parents/carers of children who are up to 7 years old.

We will look at ways we can make mealtimes less of a battle and how to encourage children to try new foods. Come along to get support and ideas for:

• How to encourage your child to try new foods – and begin to enjoy them
• Child-friendly foods that provide what they need to grow and be healthy
• Happier family mealtimes

For parents and carers who live anywhere in Newcastle. We are friendly and non judgemental. All are welcome to join us.

Places on the course are free but must be booked in advance.  FREE Creche places are available if booked in advance.
