The Nourish Food Coaching programme gives free access to coaching and cookery classes for people experiencing food insecurity and who are actively looking to make changes to their shopping, cooking and eating behaviours.

Matched with a personal Food Coach, the programme includes 1 month of food plan workshops and 8 small group cookery classes.

This is a personalised programme where Coaches get to know each individual and their lifestyle to help develop a food plan whilst group cooking classes build confidence, skills and motivation to make small changes that create a big impact on health and happiness.

The free programme is specifically for people who are facing financial hardship and have had their lives impacted by drug addiction or alcohol use.
